ABOUT US

KGR Construction, Inc. (KGRCI), formerly known as KGR Engineering and Construction, started in 2012 as a sole proprietorship company in the construction industry. The company is owned and managed by Clodualdo M. Santos, a Civil Engineer by profession and a graduate of Master’s Degree in Business Administration. He has been in this industry since 1994.

From 2012 up to present, majority of the projects are construction of offices and restaurants, with a few residential projects. Because of this, the company has specialized in this branch of construction, commonly known as “Interior Fit-out Works”. Through the years, the company’s experience and clientele has grown. It even surpassed the challenges brought by the COVID-19 pandemic.

In 2022, the owner decided to change the business type from a Sole Proprietorship to a Corporation. Then, in June 2024, the transition process was completed with a minor change in the company name. This includes the transfer of PCAB license from the old company to KGR Construction, Inc. with Clodualdo M. Santos as the same Authorized Managing Officer (AMO) and Sustaining Technical Employee (STE).

All the experiences and expertise remain the same even with these changes. Ensuring that this will not diminish the quality of work and commitment to clients. The change aims to further improve the quality of service and gain broader opportunities.
